  If I could I would leave no ⭐!! They charge $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank unless you have an account with them!!!

  Horrible service, i went throw the drive-thru to get money just because i'm waiting for my debit card, and the lady say's i have to go inside, i told her the other bb&t they do it for me ... she say well we don't ... thats them. So how is that possible ???? when they are same company's.

  deposited my check today and 40 dollars is missing from my account. been sitting on hold now for half an hour and no one had picked up. horrible all around.

  The BB&T on north Horner boulevard is the absolute worst bank on this planet..I have been inside this bank a hundred times over the last 20 years..I have never had a pleasant experience..they are rude and have never treated me as a paying customer.f from management down the list I don't think there is a professional in the building.
