  Poor staff,Don't know nothing about tools,Before I could even pawn my 55 inch TV ,They was trying to avoid even giving pawn on new floor jack,and complete tool set of Stanley for $20. And look out for the crackheads outside ,,,Drove 20 min there,And didn't want to deal with them grabbed my tools and left ,Crackhead outside offered me $25 lol

  This store is nicely organized and the prices are negotiable on top of already being pretty low. Marcus was extremely helpful and friendly and he gave me a better deal that what I asked for. After going to the other pawn shops in the area, this one had the friendliest people and best selections. No junk here.

  When I went in, there was a home theater system playing entirely too loud to be able to have any kind of normal conversation. I was not welcomed, acknowledged or greeted in any way, shape, form or fashion. I was looking for a small space heater and found they had two on a shelf. One was the ideal size for me, however after looking closer at it in a better light, it was filthy from use. It had dust bunnies, the size of oak leaves and in my opinion would have been a fire hazard.

  I took my 6 month old flat screen TV and borrowed money on it and when I went to get it out the Tv was damaged,they couldn't find the right remote so they gave me one from another TV and it works but the point is that it wasn't the one I brought in. The woman I spoke with told me that if there was damage to it when I brought it in that it would be in the computer but she looks it up and then says that someone must have forgotten to put it in. The thing is that my TV had no damage when I took it in. This place sucks and the woman is not nice.so now I'm waiting on the company to call me back within 3 to 5 business days. I called the 800 number. I will get my money!!!!!

  I have used this pawn shop for over 2yrs. They have always treated me right. I have bought stuff from them pawned and sold. Some times the pawn amount might be a little low but still the best place in Sanford. Tasha is the woman to see!!!

  Im only giving them one star cause i have to otherwise i would give a zero. I got a bike from them for $35. Right after purchasing they told me the rim is bent.. the lady said it was written on the tag but to be fair all i did was show her the bike then she quickly grabbed the tag n said she'll see what she can do for me, so i never even saw the tag.. also they didnt tell me the pedals dont work.. i found that out when i tried goin uphill... im upset they wouldnt let me switch even though i had JUST bought the bike.

  I've been to bad pawn shop before and I know everyone has there own personal experience but I have to say that every time I went I had no problems n felt welcomed.. not to mention that have a pretty great selection of everything..

  Prices are too high, like higher than retail in some cases. Poor communication amongst employees. I called and and asked about something..was told to come in so they could look at the item, and then they told me they don't buy those items separately once I arrived.

  Very poor experience sales people just trying to move old merchandise don't care if it's broken or not luckily I got a warranty both times so I got my original stuff back but it was a headache do not buy electronics here and very low offers

  If I could give them a bad rating I would they charge intrest as soon as you walk out the door my brother paid the interest on the 1st then all the suddon the charged again on the 14 th again that's just highway robbery
