  Credit Nexus is one of the best investments I have ever made! In 3 short months my credit score jumped 167 points! Nick provides educational steps that keeps the client engaged and on track to improving their credit and becoming mortgage eligible. As a Sr. Mortgage Banker here at Congressional Bank I use CreditNexus every chance I get. Once the client hits the threshold I need in terms of credit score, they are referred directly over to me.   CreditNexis is an expert source for credit repair. As a mortgage professional I refer people to them every week. They are the fastest I have seen at improving credit scores and getting people into a position to qualify for a mortgage loan. If they can't help, they let people know right up front. The cost for their service is also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for credit repair over any other service that I have used.

  They promise so much in the beginning then get you to sign up and assign you to a rep. I unfortunately got Jeaneen who NEVER answered a call or called back. When I tried to call and speak to her supervisor I was treated poorly like my business did not matter. I had to change my bank account information because they gave me such a hassle when my husband and I wanted to cancel. I warn you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are so many other worthy companies out there but this one is not one of them! Good luck on your credit journey with a reputable company!

  Straight from the BBB website: PATTERN OF COMPLAINT This business has a pattern of complaints alleging a failure to honor promised refunds when the consumers were not able to get a home loan, and a failure to respond to consumers requests for assistance. BBB emailed the business on September 16, 2016 and December 2, 2106, requesting their voluntary cooperation resolving the underlying cause for the complaints. The business did not respond. My fiance and I hired Buckeye Credit Services almost a year ago. They gave the usual "90 day guarantee". Well, I now work for a credit repair company, and I know first hand that there is absolutely no way that you can be guaranteed any kind of progress. If CreditNexus is being run anything like Buckeye Credit was, RUN RUN RUN.
