  Easiest, fastest, most convenient notary service I have worked with. Samuel Reynolds was professional, well organized, well prepared and double checked all his work. Super helpful and friendly.   I’m so happy with the service provided! Fast, friendly, affordable, convenient! I was stressed to the max while purchasing a home out of state and I needed a notary asap and within just a couple hours, Cloud city met me and took care of every detail- from copying my I.D, to sending the paperwork off.   Samuel was wonderful! I needed something notarized in a rush, and he offered to come to me—though it would have been quite a drive. I was going to be in town anyway, so we ended up meeting. Once I got there, he was all ready to go, very professional (and made me super comfortable with COVID precautions), and very personable; in fact, we ended up chatting for quite a bit. Highly recommend!

  Sam came to my house to notarize a mortgage closing. He wore paper booties over his shoes and a mask and wiped down the pens for my husband and me to use. He was efficient so we finished signing all of the paperwork in about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend using him for any notary services you need.
