"Good people, really awesome on the managing vacation rentals for owners. Like I haven't seen, read or heard a bad thing on their vacation properties, or Andrew, Tracy or any of their staff!!! as far as my experience goes, I'm in one of their long-term rentals I'm 100% positive no one inspected this property before we moved in, after 5 days of living in the property (two of those days we slept in our old place in Silverthorne because there were that many mice and rodents inside the unit) they threw a propane charge at us to refill the 200 gallon tank which was $600 and we weren't the ones who emptied that tank.... Rather predatory way for a landlord get someone to cover their bills through independence property management. Since I've lived here, I've had to fix two windows, the kitchen window is super glued there is a leak in the roof, where the leak is has a few tires and a 2x4 holding it together, I'm afraid to try and fix it cause it could be way worse than I think it is. And I can't try and find another place at , irrigation lines are cut a pulled up out front creating a big big problem especially with how wet it's been this year, there's literally layers of rotted wood, brick, paving stone and roofing shingles throughout the yard which I found after I picked up 5 42 gallon contractor trash bags with trash from previous tenants prairie dogs and ground squirrels live under the rotting wooden deck out back, Im still picking up nails and screw out the dirt drive way, one popped a tire in May, dishwasher doesn't work hasn't worked the whole time we've lived here and the "great" $600 magic chef POS 12cu ft top freezer college dorm room fridge isn't great. All in all they're good people who've built up a solid company, but don't move into one their long-term rentals, they don't inspect it, and it's not worth the stress..."
