  It was great to work with Mark Smith. He was upfront with my options for securing my refi. Mark was responsive to my texts, emails, and phone calls.   Nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Mark laid out the numbers in a way that made it simple for me to make the best decision and he didn't try to push me into anything. I was able to get a great rate with NO closing costs (no, they're not rolled into the loan) AND if rates fall I can refinance immediately. No waiting to recoup closing costs! Definitely going to be a return customer!
