  I would not recommend D&T Property Management. They use this address for their business transactions. Ms. Shuman will talk to you like a child. She will lie and become irate when you correct her. She will lie and accuse you of violating the lease and terminate the lease early because there is a serious leakage issue that has mold in the neighbors apartment/room(s). She will refuse to return the security deposit. Her husband is good and fixes most of all the maintenance issues. When your car is damaged or broken into, nobody will review the security cameras on or around the property; but, she'll use the cameras to try and accuse you of violating the lease! I would never rent from D&T Property Management due to my negative experiences with Ms. Shuman.

  Shady,Had a client give a bounce check years ago.They charged me.years later They hold a new check as caladeral. 👏 wow, so you know the records yall keep are clearly out of wack.So now 10 employees will cash at PLS NEW ,10 min down road. 3k easy a year LOST will tell all my guys never go there again. Good job people

  I've dealt with this place off an on for over 30 years and I've never had a bad experience. They're exceedingly professional and offer fair interest rates. Absolutely no complaints from me. They're a real class-act.

  Counter help for check cashing was very helpful, cheerful and polite. These days that is more valuable than how fast a svc is however the visit was also quick and thorough.
