  Our family met Drew Kairis through a mutual friend and when we were ready to buy our first house we were reminded that he does mortgage lending. It was the very best experience for us, Drew was very open and honest with his information and recommendations for the lending process and kept us updated with new information and items that we needed. The process was very smooth and we were very lucky to have an amazing team to help us buy our first home!!

  We love working with Cleveland Mortgage! They made the process of buying our first home stress free. Our loan officer, Drew, was fantastic to work with! He communicated very well from the pre-approval all the way until after closing and answer all of our questions with patients. We would recommend Cleveland Mortgage over and over!

  The owner of this company was very hidden with different costs for closing. We were told we would know our totals 3 days before closing and no one ever contacted us. Every time we had a conversation with Gary he was very short and seemed like we were and inconvenience. We bought our house from family, during the very first conversation we informed Gary that my uncle lived out of the country and we were told that wouldn't be a problem. Little did we know that he would use that as an excuse for the slow speed that his company would respond with. The next time my wife and I buy a house we will not be working with cleveland mortgage.

  In review of your file, these statements are absolutely false. You signed an initial closing disclosure roughly 2 WEEKS before your closing with the final figures. We were hidden about your costs? The initial loan estimate that you signed was within $34 of your final costs. As far as the seller being out of the country, that was not disclosed to us, but we made it work which I can tell you do not appreciate. The truth of the matter is you tried to buy a home from family and failed to disclose that the 3 Bedroom, 1 Bath home had the bathroom completely gutted! No lender would lend under this circumstance, but we stepped up and allowed the seller to put money is escrow in good faith to get you closed up. However, instead of saying thank you for outstanding service and getting this transaction completed, you would like to write a negative review. Thank you in advance for not working with Cleveland Mortgage the next time you buy a house, you can pay more with worse service someplace else!

  I worked directly with Jason at Cleveland Mortgage. He and his team were extremely helpful through the entire process. No communication was ever lost and i certainly would recommend them for any home buying needs. Made the cumbersome process of buying a home go smooth. Thanks Cleveland Mortgage.

  Andrew was amazing and very easy to deal with! I was approved within a short 2 months period and did everything electronically!!! DIDNT EVEN MEET HIM IN PERSON! Or anyone from this lending company! Very very easy to deal with and my family loves the new home thank you Andrew! 5plus stars!
