  Just spoke with Joel, I was inquiring about ATM withdrawals...I know I'm going to be close getting there before it closes tonight and he told me to call him if I'm going to be a few minutes late and he'd wait. I think I'll be using Chase for more banking.

  I used to work at bibibop and i would come in every morning, and wanted to say i used to see Danny everyday. he is a phenomenal and A+ worker, cared very much for the people came into the bank, always asked me how im doing and how my day and week is, i really enjoyed opening at work just to go drop off the deposit. Danny is a great listener and will go out of his way to help. made me feel welcomed. im still a youngin and havent really been inside a bank before i worked down the street, Danny was the first person ive met and he helped me tons. one time i ran out of deposit bags and he had some extras and gave it to me! very very nice to have somebody always asking how you are and they actually care! will truly miss Danny, Somebody tell him to keep up the amazing work for me! -Big Tyler

  I'm using the branch on pearl rd. it is the closest to my home. and usually everybody is so helpful and nice but this time I needed to talk to a banker so I set there for 30 minutes before anybody even egnolaged my existences. I ask to use a bathroom (I had previously visited this location and banker was kind to let me use it) well this time I was told "we don't have public bathrooms." I tried to reason and let them know that I've been here for 30 minutes, I didn't just walked in to use a restroom , I'm a customer. the teller told me "the restrooms is only for employees " I had to go across a street to the Giant eagle to use a restroom, when I came back ofcoars I list my place in line and there was more people waiting . so I spend hour in a half waiting, then left and went to other location and got everything taking care of in 20 min. really need to improve how you treat your costumers.

  Opened a new account and everyone was so helpful and friendly. They gave me an upgraded account because of my military background. Terri and Nick and Steve are great people who really appreciate their customers.

  As a college student it was important for me to find an account that works with my finances while in school. I have used chase bank since I was in high school due to the no monthly fee. I deal with the branch in Brunswick,OH on a regular basis. Today I was running some errands and stopped into the Strongsville,OH branch. I was seriously impressed by the gentleman working the counter named Danny. Every teller has always been friendly but Danny made me feel more than welcome. He did the casual small talk and was professional the whole time. He even shook my hand before I walked out with a smile on my face. Props to Danny!

  Awesome customer Service.I went there to submit my supporting documents for credit application which I submitted online. Stephen McGuckin, a relationship banker there not only make sure documents are sent but also kind enough to get the status on my application next day and communicated it to me.
