  Joan and team were great through the process of buying my second home. My mom utilized his services when she bought her home several years ago and she and my realtor gladly referred him for my purchase. We were tasked with a quick close and he didn't miss a step! He is passionate and loves his work which is a great combo, will gladly continue to refer to friends and family!

  We were first time buyers and did not know how much work it was when purchasing a new home but Joan went above and beyond to get us into our dream home. He educated us on the process, kept us up to date with our account, made himself available day or night if we had questions and was very patient with us. He made an experience that can be tiresome as smooth as possible.   It was an absolute pleasure working with Clear Lending Home Mortgage! Joan and his team truly worked hard on helping me receive my dream home. As a first time homebuyer I was unaware of the process and very unsure of what all it took to complete the process. After receiving constant let down and missed opportunities.   I worked with Joan throughout the entire home purchasing process and he was there for me when needed. Even though the majority of the time I was in Europe, we were able to complete the necessary paperwork through email and constant contact. I would say if you are a first time home buyer and are not entirely sure of what all comes with home purchasing, please contact Joan and his team. Flexible and friendly, Joan is someone I could trust to take care of what was needed to close the deal.

  Definitely would recommend this company to anyone trying to get a home. Joan with Clear lending really helped us to close on a home after previous attempts to get a home prior did not go work out. They really worked with our situation and made it possible for us to get our first home. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. He was also honest and sincere in his feedback. And For that my husband and I are forever grateful! We were losing hope thinking we wouldn't be able to ever get approved, but clear lending gave us hope again. Thank you clear lending for all your help and making it possible for us to get our first home!!!

  Joan is simply amazing! He truely cares about his clients and works day in and day out to ensure they are satisfied. We used a VA loan and despite the credit hiccups we have had in the past he was able to assist us and give us a better rate than was offered by other lenders. Joan showed us that mortgage lenders are people too and he really understood our circumstances and our need to be able to close soon after contacting him. He is simply the best and we would recommend him to anyone else using a VA home loan or any other type of home loan.

  Joan Gallardo, Elena, and the rest of the team at Clear Lending really impressed me from the beginning! They are the most honest, ethical, humble, and hardworking team I have ever come across. They are the true experts in the home mortgage/ lending industry. I met Joan after being jerked around by Quicken Loans for 2 months. Quicken tried to screw me over so bad with fees thinking I was not going to read any documents. They are pure scum! I was days away from closing when Quicken told me "Not everyone can afford a home". Then I called and spoke with Joan and within an hour, he told me that a home purchase was definitely doable. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process, and more so having to go through it a second time. However, Joan worked tirelessly, like I've never seen before. He explained everything to me in detail and always answered when I called; something that is very important in my eyes. There was never any gimmicks, just truth. He was always optimistic even when I was down and feeling hopeless. The exceptional service that Joan and Clear Lending provided me was just beyond what words can explain. They definitely think of every single option before giving any glimpse of negativity. Clear Lending was able to get my debt to income approved and the bank to approve my loan; All in 1 month! One major hurdle that Joan assisted me with was with my employment. The day of my closing, I got word that I was laid off. I thought the deal was dead and I was going to lose all the money I had already put down. It was one of the worst possible things that could happen. I had given up! I had no hope! I could not close on that day, but Joan went as far as speaking with the bank, and seller's realtor to extend the contract. Once extended, I was blessed enough to find another job (same industry) the very next week and with a strong Verification of Employment, I was able to close on my home AND with a low interest rate that no one else can beat! I truly feel blessed to have worked with Joan and Clear Lending. Joan and the rest of the staff wholeheartedly care about their clients. I would not think twice about referring Joan and Clear Lending to anyone. I will forever remember the hard work and dedication Joan provided to me. With gratitude and so much appreciation, I want to thank everyone at Clear Lending. I am officially a home owner! And it's all because of your outstanding work ethic.

This testimonial will definitely give hope to so many buyers who have been denied because ratios were not worked out, or employment history was not properly explained or even due to not revising carefully information banks require to approve a loan.   Not sure what to say except unacceptable. I contacted Joan the owner/originator of clear lending about a home loan over two weeks ago. He had to go to a meeting but promised he would give me a call. Have spoke briefly a couple time where he tells me he is unavailable and states he will call me. But as of 9/23 no call has been made. I am left confused and unappreciated as a potential new client. We are all busy but a 5 min conversation anyone can accomplish, I understand I might not qualify but just let me know, there have been no attempts by the company to contact me, though I have made numerous attempts of contact to them??

  Mrs. Hall no need to say anything else and no need to contact us any more. Yesterday one of our employees kindly offered you his help and you said you only wanted to talk to me. Nice. In any case, please call your cell phone company tech support to find out what is wrong with your cell phone. I will post an article using your example as the kind of client we don't want to contact us. I will show the call log trying to reach you and either you not answering or the phone not working. In any case, if you want a loan from a company that is extremely busy my recommendation is that you take a humble approach and do what you are told to do such as submitting a loan request online and then wait for your turn.
