  Fantastic experience with Wright Pawn! I decided to get rid of a Louis Vuitton handbag and wallet that I no longer used and Járah gave the best deal! Please ask for her when you decide to buy or sell. She’s amazing- so patient and kind, no low ball offers! I will definitely come back and see her!

  Came in to purchase a watch, and although I didn’t end up purchasing anything I still left with more than I came in with. The young man working today, I really want to say his name was James was soooo tremendously helpful he answered every question I had and more! I’ve never purchased a men’s watch before and rather than trying to take advantage of my naivety, he took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of men’s watches, what to look for, good brands, and he gave me knowledge so I wouldn’t get taken advantage somewhere else. The watches here were out of my price range ( they were very very very nice) but when it does come time for me to purchase a high end watch I’d feel more comfortable coming here; needless to say when that time comes I’ll be back and looking for James.

  Lee Dail I been dealing with him for 2 years I have had an absolutely amazing experience at Wright pawn & jewelry.Everytime that I have visited lee have treated me with tremendous care .lee is extremely kind and he try his best to help me get my layway out and if I need my time he make it his business to get it done he answer all of my questions concerning selling items, and even buying items as well !   It’s an amazing place to go and find amazing designer bags and some beautiful Jewelry.The staff there is amazing Sherri,Dustin,connie, Linda ,and James amazing people.Great Louis Vuitton bags beautiful Jewelry. I sold some of my bags there. And I bought this beautiful necklace there that I get compliments on all the time.Great please great atmosphere 100% authentic.

  This is my second visit to the store. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and personable. It definitely doesn’t feel like a pawn shop. Lee assisted me, both visits, he is very helpful and knowlegable. Both transactions were very smooth and hassle free. Definitely a great place to come to sell or buy luxury items without any difficulty.

  I beg anyone to try to find a more friendly, humane shop in Texas!! Kyle thank you for your kindness today & for giving me a fair price. Pamela it was so nice to meet you as well. Your store is warm & welcoming.. So unlike any other around! I can't wait to bring back my LV. I'm keeping my eye out for the big hobo. Name has escaped me.   I went into the store to trade a Louis Vuitton coin purse for a large wallet (willing to pay the difference). Upon inspection, it was discovered that the wallet I had was a fake. I was so hurt and embarrassed as I had the box and most of all it was a gift. I sort of broke down. Two of the ladies there came to my aide with water, tissue and more importantly, comfort. After I gathered myself, I was shown other LV pieces in the store. I was offered a beautiful excellent (authentic) wristlet at an exceptional price. I left the store happy and well satisfied. I don't know about other reviews but I will definitely be shopping Wright Pawn if a need arises in the future. This store is top notch. I also noted many other customers in the store leaving happy with their service and purchases. Thank you Wright Pawn and Deborah (Hope I have it correct). You people ROCK!

  Not your typical pawn shop. I had a ring design in my head and I didn't just want a ring from a jewelry store. Pamela and Connie worked with me and knew exactly what I wanted. Connie did a fantastic job. She has a great eye for detail. My ring ended up being even more beautiful than I had imagined.

  I was referred by a customer and came in needing an evaluation of jewelry for an estate. James & I met for ~ 30 minutes engaging in a very informative, educational and comfortable discussion. He was to say the least very diligent when it came to being sure I understood his explanations, all of which were clear and logical. Thank you James.
