Lisa Ponsor3Pricey, but they do their best to get your car repaired promptly. If you want them to wash your car, you have to request it when they're writing up the work order. I noticed that the service manager called me at the same time both days to update me on my car which tells me they don't call as soon as possible. When my car was ready I requested a ride from their courtesy shuttle. When they found out I don't live in Claremont, they said, "the drivers have gone home for the day." In the morning, the shuttle's priority is giving rides to people who have just dropped their cars off for service. Rides back to the dealership are not available until after 10 am. No biggie, just Uber, right? Well, I spent over $1200 on repairs and was a little surprised they could not find a way to accommodate. If it had been a simple oil change, that would have been different. The waiting area is nice, but the Kid's Room is small and doesn't really have anything to do.

Elizabeth Orozco1Olivia was extremely rude ! I have never had worst customer service. I had simply asked how time much longer my car had until ready. Olivia then responded with 10 or 20 mins. I walked outside to wait for my car. She came out shortly after and walked right up to me, she stated "we are humans and we do make mistakes and take long" i was so shocked to hear this. So improfessional. She snapped at me and told me she didn't like my attitude, so I got defensive after the fact and gave her the attitude she was asking for. This was the worst service ever, thank God I didn't buy my car from this place. I was standing there after we stopped arguing she was like are you gonna grab your papers as she was walking away from me. An i said im not gonna snatch them out of your hand, so give them to me an ill take them. The customer next to me stated she took her car for a simple oil change at 11am and wasn't receiving her car till 5pm. Never going here again! I wish I could give no stars.

Nery Aleman1There is no place to put 0 starts on this Toyota Claremont Dealer parts... after my mother payed 607.00 to buy an original part... they sold her a grey mirror passenger side insted of a white color mirror... she also pay for installation 140.00... and they told her that she could take it to a DIFFERENT PLACE so they could paint it white.. what a shame taking advantage of a senior... what a rip-off?

ruby yu1I brought in my Corolla last week to the service center for my airbag recall. I came around 10:30, they said it'll be done around 5 or 6. No problem, I understand usually repairs takes this long. However, I don't understand is that my horn on the car wheel which was working perfectly fine the day before does not work anymore. I told them that maybe in the process of fixing the airbag on the steering wheel that they inadvertently damaged the car horn. The horn doesn't just stop working overnight. No they said, and they were gonna charge $140 for them to fix it. Seriously? Well I'm not going there ever again to fix my car anymore.

Edwin Aguilar1I have purchased two vehicles from this location and I have had a pretty good experience. Because of the good deal I got I recommended my parents to go and get a car also with them. They kept insisting to get the 3 year extension warranty. We ending up getting it so the cost of the car was more money. My parents live in LA. They left the car with me for one week when they pick it up they were able enjoy their new used car jut to find out in this cold cold winter the heater does not work. My step dad said to make an appointment so that he can come to get it fixed. I called Toyota they said on Saturday’s we don’t make appointments because the person in charge is not there so to just come as a walk in also that they open at 7am. My parents got there at 730am checked in and waited and waited and waited for five hours and more almost six hours and no results. No one told them that the technician who fixes the electrical issues was not there to help them out. After the fact that my parents ended getting a four year warranty extension now Toyota does not comply with their policy of extension. I am terribly sad my mom had to wait six hours just to let them know there is no one to help you today come back another day. I think that is just very bad service and I regret my recommendations to this place I did not think they would do this. If I could give 0 star I would but at least I have to give 1 star to tell my story.
