  Everything is perfect but i just want the bank to be open every day . Because I don't have time, taking a break to visit the bank is very difficult for me, but when I have a day off to visit the bank, it is closed. I am looking forward to opening hours but other branches are 9am and 4pm. Thank you

  The lady with the ponytail needs to learn some manners. I was over here wondering why this place has almost 2.5 stars. After having the misfortune of coming in here now I realize why. Bank of America should consider shutting this bank down and laying off EVERYONE in that building, if they can’t seem to care to get their act together.

  I went in to this bank location and was told by one of the bank tellers OMAR how to talk. While I was having a private conversation that in no way involved him or should concern him. I responded by telling who are you to tell me how I shall speak he responded by raising his voice and continuing to boss me around by telling me Don't speak to the person I was talking to like that. The person I was with told him it's okay, that is how we talk. Omar proceeded to have an attitude I said what kind of customer service is this is not how you should treat customers. I was on my way home when I decided no this is beyond not saying anything to his superiors so I came back into this bank of america and decided to speak to Melissa she pretty much was dismissive and started telling me as worker they have a right to tell me anything and I told her no you don't the other female worker was telling me I was being unprofessional. Frustrated knowing that they were dismissive and incapable of hearing logic I left. So if you are choosing to go to a place to be told what you should do and how to speak and be judged by pathetic workers that have poor customer service go into this bank location. The entitlement that they have is quite delusional and let's see how far they will get with that.

  Jose was directing customers as they walked in and he had an amazing personality. They are keeping everything very safe and clean. Alaina was the teller that assisted me, and this experience would have been five stars if it wasn’t for her. Very dry and short. A bank teller makes you feel welcomed. My experience with her was far from that. Unacceptable. I saw how she acted with an older woman before I went up. Same thing.

  This is the worse place of BOA. Staff is acting like BIG Boss, lazy, and not friendly. There a Bank tailor was so rude. I don't know what his level of education. With his behavior and rude communication to customers, I guess his level of education must be a high school graduated only. They need to improve this place in order to improve the quality of customer care for the future.

  Never seem to be open when even on weekdays and when they are can only provide one or two tellers. Worst customer service of ANY bank. Would leave if I could.

  Policies change based on the way you look or dress. They don't even pretend to be helpful. If you look a certain way and your cashing a check with an account with them. And your check happens to be a large one. Even if you have an account with them they will not cash it unless you look like the people in that area. It's at their discretion to cash a check. But instead of saying that they tend to make up several excuses to why they are unable to.

  Who ever said money doesn't buy happiness never saw my smile from ear to ear. The world reflects who you are. I always said make what's good better. Start with your self. This world doesn't owe you a thing. Stop being a victim.

  They always have a "new" policy. Every month for 3years I've cashed a check from another bank and deposited it into my account at other Bank of America branches. Guess who had a policy not to do that and of course said it's a newer policy when I said I've been able to the past three years. I only had this account for work. Now that they offer direct deposit I can leave!
