  Citywide was beyond exceptional in our experience of a new home process. We worked with Gavin and he was always available for questions and kept us in the loop from beginning to end. If needed we will definitely be using them again and will recommend to our friends. Natalie was also amazing and helped us out with obtaining documents needed and was always on top of it!   Gavin at Citywide Home Loans is amazing! He made everything feel so easy. His office staff was so on the ball every step of the way. I think our mortgage was extra complicated with an escrow holdback and some other things but they still handled it amazingly and it all went so smooth! I have referred and will continue to refer all of my family and friends to Gavin at Citywide!
