  We recently closed on loan with Marc Western's team. Everything went smoothly and they were totally on top of things throughout the process. We worked closely with Christopher & Jose -- I felt like I could call them for the smallest detail and they were right there ready to help. The customer service they provided us was excellent.   Marc's team did a great job with our refinance. They had great rates and very reasonable fees, including no-fee refinance options. All the documents were signed electronically and it was very easy to do on the computer or the app. Late 2020 was a very busy time for refinances, but he and his team, including Jose and Christopher, were great to guide us through the process and get our closing done in a timely manner. My parents are doing a Refi right now and I referred them to Marc's team as well.

  Marc and his team are outstanding. Their knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I have bought and sold many homes over the years and this recent one, our retirement home, was the best experience ever.   I came back to Jared and his team after a discouraging try to refinance my mortgage through our existing lender. The lender had reached out to me with an offer to seamlessly refinance our existing mortgage to a lower rate with an easy and inexpensive transition. After 6 months of anything but easy, I cancelled my new loan application with the lender and contacted Jared. In less than 30 days he had me closed on a new refinance mortgage at an even lower rate than the prior lender offered!
