  Got a loan through them and needed to get a card connected to an account. My husband and I went to get them both at the drive through sent both our IDs to get them. The woman only sent out ONE. We knew the lobby was closed and the windows were closing but we got there in plenty of time to get these TWO cards printed. They sent out one for my husband. where, if we’d known we could only get ONE we’d have both chosen for ME to have the card. To do what I need to… Very in convenient...

  Super easy to work with and the employees are so kind! Special thanks to Jordan for sticking around to help me with my HELOC loan and being so friendly and helpful. Their charges are really low for banking services, compare to other banks. I highly recommend this bank.

  It's amazing that after two phone calls and two promises for a call back I still have no access to my account and nobody reaching out to me. I've never heard of a financial institution in which I cannot call the branch directly and speak to the person who helped me or speak to anybody at the location. I live too far away to come in person. I have this middle person trying to tighten loose ends and it becomes a 40-minute conversation back and forth just trying to figure things out. This is truly been a nightmare and I may be ready to switch our business bank shortly. I have been without access to the funds for over a month now needing to pay people in which I can't. No one seems to think this is urgent enough to call me back.

  We had a wonderful experience at UCCU yesterday. The person we spoke to was very professional and sweet, and made sure we were taken care of in a timely and friendly manner! We were so happy to be helped by them.

  The service was fine. It's just unfortunate that UCCU charges a $15 fee to open a savings account. I'm offering to bring this establishment my financial business, and get charged a fee for doing so. Just rubs me wrong.

  Although I don't live in Utah county I got my Jeep loan through them from Nissan in South Jordan. Almost paid off and would like to keep an account with them after my jeep loan is paid off. Glad they opened a branch in Draper so I don't have to travel to UT county to make my payments. Hope they expand further.
