  Cityscape is a phenomenal company. Scott and Yovana did an excellent job working on my refinance. They were always available to answer any questions I had. They made the process extremely easy, hassle free, and kept me up to date every step of the way. I had a previous working relationship with Scott, as he also was the loan officer when I purchased my home in August of 2017. I 100% would recommend them.

  My experience with Cityscape Mortgage has been phenomenal. They really explain all your questions and explain the process throughout. My representatives Louis and Yovana are amazing. Makes me feel at ease knowing i am in great hands. They are trustworthy and your information is safe with them. Very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

  As a first time home owner things got overwhelming very fast and the process seemed so long and tedious. There were points where I was ready to pull back because it just seemed like a lot. Very happy thst I didn’t because I got the home of my dreams and am very happy with my purchase. Cityscape was amazing. Their work is incredible and fast and very precise. I worked with Louis and Yovana and let me tell you. They went above and beyond to make sure that all my questions and wife questions were answered. They were always very responsive and work so fast to make sure I got an amazing rate and we closed on time before the our deadline. I would deft recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house and doesn’t know the process.

  Amazing staff, from the stress and horror stories about the constant first time home buyers That always seem to happen from other companies did not happen. Louis and Alyssa were always a text or phone call away. I did miss my closing date which bothered me but still got the best rate at the time and was kept up to date and consistently was checked in on and given updates. No sneaky tricks or misleading . After a month of moving in and letting the whole process settle down Cityscape was the best company to deal with and highly recommended. From the start speaking to Scott he was extremely patient and walked me through the whole process and constantly reminded me that I have no obligations and have the freedom to choose any company and didn’t steer me to just go with Cityscape and to shop around. Truly if you don’t know the process until your actually purchasing a home and Cityscape made that process as easy and smooth as possible and got the deal done and made me a home owner for the first time.

  I have used Cityscape for both my original mortgage as well as my refinance. Sue, Yovana, and Scott were all pleasures to deal with. They kept me up to date on everything, as well as made sure I was comfortable in these processes. If/when I buy another home, I will be using them again!

  Louis and Yovana are awesome team. At first, Louis locked in the lowest rate for me and Yovana took over. Yovana has been amazing throughout the whole process. She has been very responsive as I was anxious and called her almost everyday to check on the loan process. She has been pleasant and easy to work and has been so dedicated! I highly recommend Cityscape Mortgage. They had lowest mortgage rates compared to other companies and very professional to work with.

  Cityscape was amazing throughout the whole process. Lou was very patient with me and walked me through all the technical aspects of my loan. Everything was explained especially what I needed to sign and why. I felt comfortable using Cityscape as the mortgage broker when purchasing my house.   Highly recommended, Sue and her team are great. Sue Bennett and Alyssa were very communicative, responsive and supportive with everything throughout the whole process.
