  I think it’s a good place for banking. My only complaint would be that doing a mobile deposit takes a day to hit my account. It’s very frustrating because I work all day and by the time I get off they are already closed. So my only option is to do a mobile deposit unless my pay day hits on a Friday. I just wish they had an instant deposit option si I would have to wait to pay my bills and worry about anything being late

  Shout out to Indianola Branch Patty & Laura for repeatly going above & beyond to help me. Last was my broken debit card. They told me if I wanted to have it replaced that day I could go to Norwalk. I drove to Norwalk the Indianola branch had already told them I was on my way. The Norwalk branch already had my card printed and was fabulous to me too. It was the 1st time I had ever been to their location. If you want personalized and professional service Citi State Bank is the perfect choice.

  Helped me out when the well know bank I had be with over 15 years turned there back on me. I have been with them ever since with no problems
