Best experience ever, Bailey Trotter helped me through every step and explained in detail each different types of accounts and credit card lines I can open up. Extremely respectful professional and helpful staff! Respectfully answers any questions you have!

  I've banked with wells fargo for over ten years. Never once have i had an issue with my accounts or the customer service. The team at the indianola branch are an amazingly friendly and helpful group of people. There are a lot of stressors in life; my bank has never been one of them.

  I've always been greeted warmly, and have built fun relationships with the employees. The technology is what I like best about Wells Fargo, and the employees at the local level make going to the branch a pleasurable experience. I strongly recommend the Indianola branch for your banking needs.

  Rude! Happy to open the account, but once they have you they aren't warm and friendly. The manager is so fake about her personality. The other manager, Amie, won't even smile or acknowledge your presence. If it weren't for the convenient locations in Des Moines and Waukee, I wouldn't bank there
