  I love banking with City National Bank. Tiffany Powell and her associates are always so helpful and knowledgeable when I come into branch. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and make you feel welcomed!

  I had been having a less than optimal day. I had to run a few errands and the bank was one of them. Heading into the bank everyone was very friendly and professional. They showed me how to use features on the banking app that I didn't know about and they met all my needs for coming in today... The only thing that went well today. All and all I think this will be my new branch. Updated: The issues that I thought were taken care of on this day did not actually get resolved and has caused many issues. I have been on the phone for 3 hours trying to fix them on my own. I am so frustrated and disappointed at this point.

  I have been with CNB for a number of years and have been extremely satisfied with my banking experience! I have been overjoyed since the 81st street branch was opened. The staff is absolutely AWESOME! They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and work to make every banking visit pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks to all! You're 10 star in my book!!

  Went into City National Bank at 81st and Mingo Valley to inquire about checking account options. Everyone was friendly and eager to help me out. They made me feel like I was already part of their family. Looking forward to doing business real soon.

  Everyone in this branch is super nice and makes you feel welcome. I had been wanting to open a savings account for a bit but just kept telling myself I’d do it later, until one day, I told the young man named Chance about it. He would go out of his way to call and see if I was ready to open it until I did. Great kid, super persistent. 10/10. Shoutout to Chance!!

  I had an awesome experience with the Branch manager I believe her name is Connie Adam and she is the reason that I have re-open my account with City National. I moved away from Tulsa and came back and her professionalism and willing is to help me was outstanding. She informed me about all the services that would benefit me and my son. The level of customer service enthusiasm and pride in her job was amazing and honestly I haven’t seen it very much in the banking industry. And she leads a very professional will inform customer service driven kind welcoming warm staff especially Miss JENNIFER and Allison and just Josiah and another young lady that I forgive me I cannot recall her name but she saved a picture my son drew at the bank during one of our visits❤️ to just name a few but everyone that I’ve come in contact with has been outstanding my son loves Miss JENNIFER‼️ She Came to my rescue when my son was becoming very antsy in the bank she gave him a notebook and some colored pens to write with that he still has to this day I still colors in and I appreciate her because she saw a single mother struggling to entertain her son while doing bank business. THANK YOU MISS JENNIFER‼️ Also Allison who am I believe deserves a promotion from bank teller to something much more significant and I believe she has been promoted congratulations but the excellence that she serves the bank numbers with is just remarkable she had to stay late one day to help me open up three accounts she didn’t complain she didn’t get an attitude. She was efficient she was quick she was kind. She had a good attitude and she is what bank it is all about... I love his bank‼️ THIS BANK IS THE BEST‼️‼️‼️

  Tiffany powell is so nice she is always welling to help you she always has a smile on her face she makes me day when I come in the bank it's never a dual moment when you come to the bank she needs a promotion or a raise keep doing what you doing
