  Kate is hands down the best at what she does.   In this day and age, with changes in home lending due to Covid, it is so important to have a GREAT mortgage lender. A lender who just plugs your info into a company template isn’t getting the job done. Colton Conner has proven himself to be an advocate who goes the extra mile to get his buyers to closing. When you are ready to buy a home give Colton (aka Mr. Mortgage) a call.

  There were some gaps in communication in the beginning that were frustrating. But when it came down to the wire Brittany, Jessica and Colton were able sort through everything and get us done.   Could not have asked for a more professional mortgage loan organization than Randy Dean and his team at US Mortgage of West Texas. From start to finish they walked through the home buying process with my wife and I, treating us with the upmost respect and answering all of our questions and concerns. All while making suggestions that are beneficial to our family and finding a loan that fit our shirt and long term situations perfectly. We were both impressed with their communication through out the process and how they went above and beyond to keep us updated, without being asked.
