  The Benchmark Mortgage was totally awesome in our lending process of our new home. We never had major issues with them. We never experienced before so exceptional customer services than them. They explained to us the every aspect of our mortgage process with them. They are also very helpful in all of our request and inquiries. Moreover, they are transparent on every transactions we had with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a housing loan!

  Tammi Wood was fantastic. She was efficient and fast. We had a very good experience with her and highly recommend.   Brittney Rangel and her team were the best! They went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect mortgage for our situation. Brittney helped me with my first home mortgage, our refi, and our second mortgage and I wouldn't think of anyone else to call if we even need another mortgage again. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

  My experience with Benchmark Lubbock was Outstanding!! I move a lot (5x in the last 9 years) and have had some unpleasant and very frustrating experiences. Not the case with Benchmark Lubbock. They are the BEST mortgage lender I have ever worked with. I worked Christine, Kayla, and Stephanie to process my loan. Minimal back an forth, they told me everything they needed up front, I provided it all, and it was steady sailing from there. The communication was excellent. They kept in touch to let me know where we were with the process. Any time I sent an email, they were ultra fast to respond! I would gladly recommend Benchmark Lubbock to anyone.The name of the company says it all! I will certainly keep them as my first choice for future moves. Give them a shot, you will not be upset!

  Christine and her team were awesome. They worked to get me the best loan for me and were always keeping me informed of the progress. If I buy another house, Christine will be the one I go with. Great team and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a mortgage company.
