  Easily one of the best banking/Credit Union experiences I've ever had. In 7+ years of watching my friends jump from bank to bank or complain about their credit/checking/saving experiences I'm grateful I couldn't relate. And the staff in the convenient online chat? Highly knowledgeable & kind, a combination that gives assurance as a member. Easily 5 stars, highly recommended.

  I had good experience w other credit unions in the past but this place should be closed. I wanted free checking but it cost 5$ a month for nothing. They held my paycheck on a Friday when it said pending the day b4 jst to charge an overdraft fee for gas Friday morning on my way to work. I deposited cash one day and a purchase on the same day again overdraft saying the deposit didn't go through til midnight. They are unethical...dont expect to get anywhere with calling except on hold for a very longtime. I reported them to the BBB but they are accredited w them anyway. They don't have adequate hours of operation either. Run from this place!

  What a great experience this was. I have a 827 credit score and no debt and was advised it would be in my best interest to finance a portion of the new (new for me) truck I purchased because it would help maintain my near perfect credit score by having something that is a revolving credit on my account so I decided to go ahead and put a portion of the cost of the truck on credit. The dealer suggested using City Credit Union. Right from the beginning it was a pleasant experience using Jessica at the Sherman location who is one of the Loan Coordinators. She was very easy to deal with and went over board to make the loan as simple as it could possibly be. I would recommend this credit union to anyone that is wanting to finance a home, auto or whatever it is you need a loan on. This was as painless as it can possibly get. I am sure having a really good credit score plays a big part in the process, but it was still a very enjoyable experience. Thanks

  Don’t ask for a loan from this company they use a credit score model that is out dated and doesn’t give the accurate score the credit Bureaus use model score 9 this bank uses model score 5 so if you don’t pay attention you are being over charged by this bank and you would think they would be up to date with all the current information but they are not don’t get ripped off or taken advantage of from this bank

  Had my first loan with this branch and I couldn’t give higher praise. Friendly, well trained staff that know what they are doing. I’m actually an employee of a local bank on the lending side and I have customers come in giving high praise about the Sherman branch loan employee.

  Absolutely the most useless credit union ever. All of a sudden they can’t do transfers for members of the military? Never had an issue before, but will definitely will never go back. Way to give the finger to the people who serve and protect you.

  Hi Lindy, thank you for the feedback. Until recently, our Shared Branching was limited to our branch lobbies only (which aren't open). The good news is we expanded Shared Branching service to our drive throughs. We hope this will provide better service for members of other CUs like you.

  Very Happy with City Credit Union's employees. They are always happy to help you even if they don't have the answer, they are willing to find out. The only negative thing is not enough ATM in our area that don't charge a fee from my Credit union for cash.

  Nice friendly employees. Good parking or drive thru. Easy to get to. We drive from McKinney, wish it were closer. But better than any other location. CCU has been good to us for 30 or more years.
