Davis and he's assistance Stephanie are simple the best, They don't sugar coated they just plain sunless get it done. Send all you documents in proper other and you will be set.   David Stout with Guardian Mortgage has made the process of buying a new house easy and stress free. Great communication, easy process, the online application is user friendly. Phone calls are returned promptly and questions get answered right away. This is the third mortgage we have gotten though this lender and it's always been a top notch experience.

  I highly recommend Guardian Mortgage and Loan Officer David Stout. I think I've done 2 mortgages and 2 refinances with Mr. Stout in the past 20 years and he always makes it so easy. He recognizes that we don't all do mortgages day in and day out and the paperwork & number crunching can be confusing. He is very patient to answer all of questions without a hint of pushing you to proceed before you are confident in what you are doing.

  Best Mortgage experience, in fact, best loan experience I have ever had,. Great rates, simple approval process, later on an easy refinance of the loan.
