  We were so grateful to find a bank that worked with our business. We own a business that provides ATM's and a fair amount of banks wont bank with us because of this. We worked with Jenn Briggs, she was awesome, educated about their services and the fluctuations with the market. We will definitely use them again for other services.

  Old fashioned atms. Cant even deposit checks. Plus they’re not open saturdays anymore

  Worked with Citizens for a loan for a new home. The process was seamless and they met a tight closing date (at the time many other banks were running behind and pushing closing dates). I worked with Ken Ford as my loan officer and it was a great experience.

  The staff at this location is amazing, especially Bridget. Sometimes 'banks' get a bad rep when compared to a credit union, but not these guys. They never try to sell me something new, they are just here to help and serve. They know how to hire great people. Did you know they reimburse ATM fees? From like any ATM? Nobody does that, it's VERY convenient.

  I have no issues with this bank other than the single woman that (usually) works the drive through window. She's incredibly rude and never fails to make my transactions dreadful. Aside from that, great staff and environment.

  I used to love coming to the branch on 25th. My past few experiences have been rather frustrating. I am hoping it gets better as I would like to not switch banks and change all of my accounts
