      I love how NO ONE answers the phone when ya'll decide to decline a card. This is absolutely ridiculous to lock someone out of their account. You have no after hours customer service and when you try to leavd a message it sounds as if someone took the phone off the hook. Unacceptable

      This bank is a joke. A 12 year old child had a check from the Baldwin County Fair written on their bank and refused to cash it due to a 12 YEAR OLD not having a picture ID. Please beware when choosing a bank that this one stands for harassment of children who was so proud of his 15.00 check that he made a copy of it to keep Please use REGIONS as they are more family friendly and cashed his birthday CHECK written on their bank no questions asked.
