  Mary Lovin is everything you want in a realtor! She helped my family find our home last year. Not just a house that checked all boxes on our “want list” but a home that encompassed all of the intangible things that make a house into a home. Mary never tired of looking and had new listings for us to view almost every day. She worked diligently to get our offer approved and made sure that it was the best possible decision for our family. One of the things I appreciated the most was how knowledgeable she was. Mary had a ready answer to all of our many questions. Mary was a part of the journey every single step of the way and we will be forever grateful!

She developed a “game plan” and executed it precisely as promised and did indeed get the best results for me. She is very professional as well as friendly and personable.   Mary Lovin went above and beyond helping my elderly mother sell her house. I live in Birmingham and could only help to get things ready on weekends but Mary made herself available and pitched in to help get top dollar for it. She quickly responded to my constant calls and questions and was patient and gentle with mom. She is tough when it comes to negotiations and gave fabulous advice to us as we were navigating the counter-offers (yes, multiple). The sale wasn't an easy one and took a seasoned pro to deal with the title issues and lien releases, but she took it all in stride. I highly recommend Mary Lovin, if it wasn't for her tenacity and experience I am not sure that we could have sold mom's house for what we did.

  I can’t speak highly enough of Mary Lovin, as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. Mary Lovin, is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. We had a 4 month renovation that she completely handled. From floor to ceiling. She made a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood.

  I would definitely recommend Connie Fidler Glassford and the Roberts Brothers team! This was not my first selling of a home, but it was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business. She came to the initial listing meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. Connie was also super responsive as if you are her only client! Always available to provide support and answer questions. Friendly and professional. Thank you!
