      This bank struggles to serve its customers. Although the ONE teller is friendly and knows her job well, it must be overwhelming to try and do it all. The ATM is often closed.

      All of the other branches I have used for Regions have been fast and courteous. The Robertsdale branch has always been courteous, but so slow!! A friday afternoon and only two lanes in the drive through open. Very unhappy with my experience.

      The regions ATM machine is constantly down it's been down for the last 4 days now and the bank was closed today for some reason. I made a credit card payment and it is still pending and the payment was made before the due date on the 4th. Now I get a late notice with a $38 late fee on my credit card payment. My last two house payments that I made the check was deposited Pen Air bank and never came through my bank for 2-3 weeks. What is going on here? The payment I made to my credit card company it's still saying pending and I made the payment online on June 3rd 2018

      It is ridiculous to come in every day representing a business to wait in line for 30 minutes just to see a cashier. Doesn't matter what day or what time you come always there is a super long wait. The regular customers just leave after a while. Unfortunately with a business account you are just stuck in the line. It's poor customer service.

      Had a big problem with them charging several NSF fees even though my online statement reflected I had the funds in my account. After calling and going up to my local branch I was told there was nothing they could do and charges aren't necessarily taken out in order, RIDICULOUS!!! I said I'd close my account b/c if I can't rely on what my online statement reflects then why do they offer that service... I finally got someone at the main branch by phone and she had the fees taken off. I'm thankful they resolved this situation but beware...

      The absolute worst custservice I have ever seen at a bank. Been banking with these guys for a year and I have closed my account and banking with the competitor that has excellent service and appreciates customer loyalty. No loyalty with regions

      I do NOT recommend calling the 800 number for any help!!! If you want hometown, southern hospitality, I encourage you to call or visit the Robertsdale branch!!! The ladies/gents in the branch are WONDERFUL and will help you in any way possible!! I was so upset with the online banking/800 number, I was ready to close my acct!! But, I called the Rdale branch, and Ms. Lynn was so wonderful and helped me with what I needed!!

      ALWAYS only one teller working . Especially at opening. Line is always long and 30 + minute wait. This is really getting ridiculous! You are sacrificing your customer service by limiting the people you hire.

      Average location. Traffic can get really bad here because it's at the corner of a busy intersection. The ATM has been down several times I've visited.
