      The staff at the Harborcreek citizens bank are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and has a social skills that make you feel like family. If have questions they have answers I highly recommend them for your banking needs!!!

      Rachel, the manager, along with Connie, and some of their former colleagues who have since moved on, are some of the most trustworthy bankers I have ever met. I refuse to bank at several banks in the area and have multiple accounts, personal, and for my business, here due to my comfort with the staff. They will make you feel right at home and explain to you everything you need to know about your accounts and anything else you would like to know. I highly recommend you check them out.

      Nice employees. They are very helpful, polite, kind, and honest. Plus talked me through the steps of opening a bank account. Plus i trust this bank over PNC. I had my debit card for a 1 year with no problems with citizens. PNC i had 10 debit cards in a month. citizens i really appreciate the help u did for me.
