      I began a student checking account and the teller I spoke with was very very helpful and introduced me to information I didn't even know about. Erica was a tremendous assistant and I gladly rate this establishment 5 stars!

      No Stars would be good. Most tellers are incompetent. Unfortunately they run the place. Managers and assistant managers have no real say in evaluation hiring and firing. So the tellers do what they want - not good for Citizens customers - they have no use for you. No stars would be good - so you know.

      Love the staff they are all great! The hours are very convenient but wish that there was more than one ATM machine but other than that love this branch

      ******* would not exchange a ten dollar bill for some quarters. I even offered to pay a surcharge for it, told me it wasn't "policy" despite me being able to do it a few weeks ago. Its 2016, this kind of ridiculous hostility towards non account holders isn't acceptable. They weren't losing any money for the service
