  They have all sorts of stuff in there but i only look at the tools. They keep the batterys in the back. The big guy i think shawn got me a couple batterys with my saw and it was waay cheaper than depot go see him he will hook you up

  THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The dedication KC provided towards making sure my proposal to my fiancé went perfect was unbelievable! Then ironically enough he helped her with my ring. Not only did he help her create mine but DROVE it to HER WORK to make sure she had it in time for this past weekend! Thank you also to Nikki, KC’s PHENOMENAL manager and staff, Shaun and José who deliver fantastic customer service ALWAYS. Keep it up guys!!!

  Stopped in to look around. Found a chain saw that the salesperson Shaun showed me all the features and benefits and even saved me the tax! It’s half of what it was brand new and a high end brand name saw (Stihl) Thanks Shaun!! I’ll be back again.

  The employees were very polite and nice. KC helped find the perfect engagement ring and setup a payment plan. Glad they do layaway bc not very many places do these days. Would definitely recommend coming here.

  The customer service at this place is amazing and the staff here are more then happy to help you pawn sell or purchase anything you are looking to do! I give them a 5 star they are the best in Buffalo!!

  Excellent costumer service. Definitely a place to come back to. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We bought an electric guitar and an amplifier, we tried it and loved it.

  Jordan was top notch.. he took the time to assist in cleaning my jewelry .. at no cost I might add. If that wasn't enough he assisted me some other items. In short it was pleasure visiting with him and the other well dressed gentlemen. Ill be back

  Best pawn shop in town. When other shops were rude and coarse, KC at this location walked me through our transaction carefully and helped me to understand exactly what it was I was buying and why it was priced the way it was. I walked out so much happuer then when I walked in!! Excellent customer service skills and patience! KC deserves a promotion! I WILL be visiting again!
