Poorest customer service I've received in a long time. I had a few questions about a car loan I have so today I drove there before work, just to leave with zero answers. They kindly requested me to "Call the loan department", but when I asked for the Loan department phone number, they kindly advised me to look it up online. I smiled and left to save myself the aggravation. Funny part is they weren't even busy, I was the only customer standing there at that time. OK, going to look for that number now!
