      I hope this review finds people well. My mom Set up a utma account for my kids. that my mom wouldn’t have signed up for. they took advantage of her for there own selfishness. Now there money will go to the staTe instead of them til they turn 18. I bet it’s a pain to get. ty staff and management you sure know good customer service. Stay away plenty of other banks out there. Stay away and ignore those five star reviews probably for parking

      Great branch, great employees, and quick service. Always willing to help and I have done both my business and personal banking at this branch for 10 years. Never had a bad experience!

      Atm is always down. Atm ate mine and my bfs money, the manager jen and the other women were extremely rude. No on apologized. I'm closing my account. Citizens has the worst customer service. Do not ever use this atm it still cash and now will take 10 days to get back. When u call the 1800 number they can not help you

      Branch hours are too short. 9 - 4:30 doesn't leave working folks enough time to come in. ATM features make deposits easy and instant though thank goodness!
