  My wife referred me and our daughters to Vibe Credit Union. She stated that Vibe is like no other bank or credit Union they support minorities and will invest in their members, personal loans and car loans are the two that I have personally experienced with Vibe. Last week or so I had an unexpected death in the family, I contacted Vibe and within hours my personal loan was in the bank. Last year I found the perfect truck for me, received sales receipt from the dealership, took the slip to Vibe credit Union for financing within 1 hour I was leaving with the truck of my dreams.   Vibe credit union has superior customer service. I’ve only been a member for a year but, I can see the benefits that they provide their members. I’ve had 3 auto loans and 1 credit card with them and they by far have the lowest rates I’ve seen. They are always willing to work with their members and I highly recommend them.

  We recently refinanced our 2021 Honda Goldwing. Ms. Aida Cavali helped us out tremendously with getting us the lowest interest rate possible. She handled all the paperwork with our current finance company, our insurance company and the title paperwork. She is very knowledgeable in her field. We enjoyed having her as our finance representative! She is super nice and friendly! We received first class treatment! We highly recommend Ms. Cavali at Vibe credit union!

  Been with Vibe since 2015 and they were OCCU and they’ve always been extremely personable and patient and kind!! I’ve gone to this location a couple times, but one of the more recent ones I accidentally left my debit card in the ATM and within 15 minutes someone from the store called, I was so relieved, I hadn’t even noticed I left it yet.

  AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never been treated so rudely by any one working in customer service. And if you don't know someone's full name or extension good luck getting ahold of any one. I will be changing credit unions ASAP
