  Will 100% be leaving and never recommend. Will actively tell people to not go here. They have an "address fee" where conveniently my address was changed without my knowing by one letter although I never entered it in. The employee used my license when I came in to set it up. And they dinged me for months with no notification while I had been on orders with the army. (This is also my second bank that I send savings to so I don't regularly look at the detailed breakdowns) and they said it's on ME to check my statements because my address is on there. Except my statement on the app doesn't have my address! Oh and this didn't begin until a year after I started with them. Odd. Just one big scam for money.

  WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS, just got charged a 6 dollar inactive account fee. How in the world do you charge fees for NOT using the bank? Do not trust them, do not open an account and do not rely on this bank for anything. They are a bank masquerading as a Credit union. I have had an account here for almost 40 years, gets a little worse every year

  The people at this DFCU branch have been a pleasure to bank with and the staff are courteous and helpful. Have dealt with many different banks and investment companies over the years and DFCU handles it all now! I highly recommend!

  I have not been to a bank listed as a credit union and charged a $3.00 fee using my credit union card. My opinion is that this should not be allowed. Unfortunately I cannot see if the credit union is part of a co-op on my GPS. Definitely would not return or even consider becoming a member!!

  I would avoid this branch. I just got stuck in a room to count out quarters and roll them up with 2 wiggly kids when no one was in line. Really? You can't coynt quarters? Get a coin machine if its that much trouble! Also, generally there is a line. Thw Novi location is much faster and the employees are nicer

  I've been a customer at DFCU since 1984 and I don't think they've ever made a mistake in my account. The employees are always friendly always and helpful..

  Charging 3 dollar fee to use ATM even though it's a credit union and I'm a Genisys member. Avoid unless you're a DFCU member.

  Would not increase my credit card limit to $10,000 despite me owning outright my home and in possession of quite a lot of stock...insulted i went to Zeal Credit Union and Chase Bank...they really put the f u in dfcu

  The air freshener is so nauseating. I’ve mentioned if several times while inside over the past year. Never changes. I can no longer go in. Last time I almost threw up☹️
