  This branch is USELESS. I bought a cash deposit in person. I refuse to make cash deposits at ATMs. I have read too many horror stories of ATMs deciding you deposited less than what you said, and you have ZERO paper trail to prove your case. Its you said, ATM says. Anyway, I try to make a deposit to the teller, and they tell me they do not do that anymore! So what on earth are they even doing there? I get wanting to reduce staff, but instead they are just paying people to do NOTHING. This is not a branch, it is an ATM with useless employees. Really going to have to try to find another bank.

  Very rude tellers. Went to this branch because of a deposit descripency knowing I could possibly be mistaken. The teller was very inpatient with me and incapable of showing me my previous transactions where _I WAS MISTAKEN ___just rolling her eyes huffing and puffing because she had no patience.. Really need to work on customer service and manners. I didn't really think this band could get any worse, but they surprised me. Went to this Bank July 2nd to deposit two $100 bills. The machine accepted cash and only showed a deposit of one $100 bill. The other bill was stuck underneath the tracks that accept the cash. Tellers we're inside the branch and would not even make an attempt to help. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer service someone who could not get this situation right. Every time I tried to explain to her she's not getting the details right she started getting mad with me. Had to file a claim which will take up to 10 days if!, I get my money back. The tellers left the bank while I was on the phone with customer service and told me they will have somebody come out and look at it tonight and I might get my money tomorrow. They didn't feel I should be upset about it. I would like to have $100 at their money with no receipt and let them know I might give it back in 10 days. This is the worst bank ever!!!

  Always pleasant Excellant service love this bank only bank i had since. 60' s.if you watch your acct.no problems.

  I literally waited 30 minutes in line just to encountered with the rude bank receptionist lady. I'm actually thinking about closing citizens bank account and switch to US Bank just because of the racist white lady.

  The bank help me a lot
