  I love friendly service .ive had bank acct here for many years .always satisfied with service 8.in very particular about writing every transaction .only 1 overdraft in over 32 years my only complaint is ordering checks .i can never seem to order right I always have to have the teller order checks for me...

  They do not even treat each other well, at this location (the tellers were okay). They will waste your time and mess up your account for days, after you leave the location, and will ruin your day over the phone when you try to fix it.. Citizens Bank has the worst online/mobile banking interface as well. Keep your money under the mattress, instead.

  Their atm ate my check, issued a temporary credit while they sorted it out, then they claimed they never found the check and have been trying to bill me and increasing "what I owe," ever since. How about no.

  I’ve been banking with citizens bank since I moved here from new York . There entire staff is very friendly and professional they greet me by name , special shot out to Allison she is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. Also the red hair lady she is so nice they both been working there for a long time , the newer employees are nice as well .

  I wish there is zero rating I can give it to this bank. The bank doesn't value a customer. The manager is terrible. They don't respect people having different background. I suggest them to have more trainings on people and their culture. America doesn't anymore have only white and black people. Please respect people from all colors and background. I called on phone and Elizabeth said she is busy and her colleagues are busy too and, she wanted me to call back again later. Does she even know the words such as "sorry we are busy", "please can you hold", "could we call you back" ?????. It sucks. please have some professionalism at least.

  My son opened an account here for direct deposit and was told he would have access to his pay in 3 to 5 days. Yea, no such luck! Its been over a week and no one knows where his money is at! Definitely not going to be banking here!

  In my experience they do a great job. They did more than they had to in order to make sure their customers were taken care of during this pandemic. Thanks!
