      What a horrible bank. I spoke to a representative to close my account weeks ago only to get a letter in the mail stating that I have been charged $100 of fees and that the account was not closed. When I spoke to a representative they refused to fix the situation and said I would have to pay the fees on an accounts I asked to be closed weeks ago. What a joke. I hope the Fed is listening and revokes their banking license. They do not deserve to have a banking licence and should be put out of business

      People are nice, but its always a wait, even if no one is there. They ignore the drive through and take their time. I will go out of my way not to go to this branch.

      Manager is a twatwaffle. I cannot believe her attitude towards the customers. 10out 10 would reccomend 5/3 bank.

      Had a issue with the atm it took my money and card and froze I contacted the location and talked to the manager and asked if she was able to get my card and my deposit she feels me I will get to it when I can I need my card to use on a daily basis says sorry and hang up on me
