  We really appreciate how Amerifirst had very low interest rates, and Paula Richards was extremelly helpful in everything! She went above and beyond helping us getting the best refinancing prices on the market, explaining us through out the whole process step by step how the process will be done! We fully recommend her and her team for everything you need regarding your homes! The experience we had closing the deal was absollutelly amazing and easy!   I switched to Paula Richards early on in my journey to buy my first home. And let me tell you, that was hands down the best decision I made in the whole home buying process. Paula was always right there to pick up the phone, answer any questions, give me any updates, and inform me on anything else that has to be done. Paula made me feel comfortable and at ease durning the whole process.   My refinance with Amerifirst was simple and easy. My agent Paula Richards was extremely efficient and organized. She made the process painless. I read an article about Amerifirst being one of the best Mortgage Companies to refinance with. I got a great rate and I'm completely satisfied with decision. I was concerned with the Covid yet everything was completed virtually and the closing was held in my home. Everything went according to the process. Thanks to all involved at Amerifirst and the title company.

  Paula Richard's was amazing. She told us everything we needed to know and the things we needed to prepare for. If it wasn't for her help with understanding the financials we wouldn't have been able to get the financing. I would definately recommend Paula to anyone that needs the help.
