      The teller was abrupt, rude and dismissive virtually immediately when I went in today and asked to get quarters as part of a withdrawal. She was okay with the withdrawal until I asked for quarters to be part of it, being quick to bark at me that they haven’t got quarters in three weeks. Somebody needs to tell the Asian girl working to chill, all she had to say was she didn’t have any because of a nation wide shortage or something pc of that nature but she was outright aggressive about it. I left without making my withdrawal and went to another boa location ten min away where they helped me without any issue and what do you know .... they had quarters 😂😂😂

      Both tellers on the morning and afternoon shift are very rude. This branch is very tough to work with. It's so disappointing since it isn't anyone's fault that there is a coin shortage and it is very tough to get coins. I dread going to this branch to get any BofA work done

      Worst service ever! I never have a problem cashing my check and depositing at any other BOA but for some reason at this BOA there is always a issue. The tellers need to be more friendly and patience with the customers. Also not tell the customer they can’t cash there check for whatever reason or without knowing what we are trying to do! If I’m dealing with one teller there should be no reason to automatically ask the next worker a question if I haven’t even asked one. Not once did she speak to me and at this BOA I will never return. They need to work on their services!!!!

      Worst service ever! Came in today trying to obtain a letter stating that I have an account with Bank of America and this was not possible after making an appointment in waiting over a half an hour they could not assist. Before I made the appointment I made it clear what I needed and the man at the desk when you first walk in said it was fine. I'm very disappointed I have been a customer since 2002. Will definitely be searching for another entity to follow my services. Waste of time.

      Stephanie is incredibly rude. Not only to me but anyone that walked in to get help. She was unwilling to help me at all as a visitor to the USA this was an absolutely revolting experience and I will not even draw from Bank of America ATM. Because I refuse to give them one more cent of my money

      Good luck if you need something done on your lunch break, they only have 1 teller so when she’s out for her lunch (standard timing) there no help to be had

      Rude employees, had different messaging than was provided from phone support, their answer was just “too bad nothing we can do”. They clearly don’t care about the end customers. I’d rather deal with the DMV than deal with Bank of America.

      I wish I could give fewer stars. I was lost because I didn’t know the bank was in the mall, and the teller on the phone was incredibly rude and demeaning. I needed to quickly deposit some cash, and ended up having to pay to park in the garage, and wasted twenty minutes trying to find the place since the rude teller gave me incorrect directions.

      The absolute worse place I've been to in terms of wait times. There's never more than one teller and it takes forever to get through the line. Edit: this place is so terrible I wish I could make a second bad review. There's currently 6 employees either standing around chatting to each other or doing other tasks, and only one taking customers.
