Billy Lugar5Every time I have been there I have been greeted by the tellers the staff is very friendly and they are very knowledgeable. I also just wanted to give a shoutout to the Branch Manager Dan DeNinno, he has fantastic customer service skills he assists his tellers and he has always been friendly and helpful to me and all of his staff are equally kind!

Rachel Hetrick1This is the WORST branch. I do a lot of banking at Citizens and ALWAYS at the waterworks branch. When they closed for renervatioms I started coming here and they have the worst customer service. They are rude and most of them can not count. Plus the parking is a nightmare, you would think for such a popular branch they would do a better job. If the waterworks location wasn't so personable and treated me so well I would pull every cent and investment I had this with poor excuse for a bank here across the bridge. Do not ever go to this branch.

judie Beynon5The Oakmont Citizens Bank branch is positively the best. Each and every member of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It is so nice to walk into the branch and be called by name and to have staff stability. If there was a 1 to 10 ranking system, they would get an 11. I am so glad there are such exceptional caring employees in the Oakmont Citizens Branch.

Hector Saballos1Every time I go in there I sit and wait forever to watch them go about their business with no help. Went in to get online banking issue sorted was told to call customer service to then be told by them I needed to go into a branch and talk to a banker.
