  I heard great things about the Clear Better Business Checking and needed to open my first business banking account ever as a twenty-some year old. I hadn't been in a bank in-person for several years and was a bit nervous. The staff ended up being SO friendly and the manager Jennifer made the whole process painless! She was so personable and wanted to get to know me as a person. Love this branch. And I'm officially a Citizens fan!

  My husband and I have been banking with citizens a little over a year now, and we're very happy with them. They have a very easy to use app for our phones, so we're always aware of everything going on in our accounts. All the staff are very nice as well.

  Hidden overdraft fees, shady practices, and the most unprofessional manager we've ever spoken to. Avoid this bank at all costs. No pun intended.

  Good location, helpful people. Their computer systems seem slow. No drive up ATM, only inside.

  Manager refuse to close an account with Fraud on it not only is she unprofessional she is breaking laws and the way she treated my elderly mother is completely ridicules
