      Horrible!!!!!!! There is absolutely no convenience. They no longer have ATMs. I haven’t met an employee yet that knows what they’re doing!!!!!! I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and for what? Nothing!!!!!! If you have any other choice of bank please do not choose citizens.

      I did like it when I first opened the account. The staff is great couldn't be happier with them. The changes being made or bad very frustrating to a person who is not computer knowledgeable. I will be changing banks thanks for making the decision easier.
