  lost my wallet with my debit card a few weeks ago. came in today to get a replacement expecting to have to wait weeks for the new one to come in the mail. was pleasantly surprised when they printed it out in branch at our appointment. all the clerks are friendly and helpful.

  Ive had nothing but trouble with this bank from the start, constantly charging random overdraft fees when funds are available or withholding funds to create a gap so they can proccess with an overdraft fee. Unreal. My advise, research a better place, there are many that dont have cut throat policies and fine lines to fill their pockets.

  Cost me an overdraft fee to find out they charge $2.03 to transfer funds from checking to their secured credit card which can and usually does take all day or longer, if you're looking for fast or real time banking look elsewhere. I'm closing account as soon as i find an alternative.

  I have been with Central Willamette for about four years now, and I can not recommend them more highly! Their standard of customer service is absolutely exceptional—not just for a financial institution—but as a business in the greater service industry. They consistently provide a genuinely friendly and helpful experience, as well as no-nonsense banking. I could not be happier!

  I have always received prompt, courteous service from ALL CWCU staff. I feel like a person rather than merely an account number whether I make contact by phone or in person. All issues and/or questions resolved/answered quickly, personably and to my satisfaction. I have been a member since 1998, and I wouldn't use any other banking service.

  The girl who is blonde and always looks like she was heavily drinking the night before wrote down my account number wrong on the paper she gave me and when I went to do my taxes I was supposed to be getting them today, I also was really needing my refund to catch up on bills. When I didn't receive it I called the bank and learned that the wrong account number was written down to me and now I have to wait another 5+ weeks according to the IRS to receive a PAPER check. I will now be scraping by, barely able to diaper my baby. Thanks CWCCU. Don't advise you bank with these people. Switching asap. Especially don't work with the blonde little girl who looks like she has a constant hangover.

  Customer service at this location compared to ALL other locations is horrendous. Their systems are constantly down and they seem to be completely unapologetic when they are. I love CW and I almost canceled my membership because of the people.

  Obviously not a community oriented business. Long story short, if you're unable or more appropriately UNWILLINGLY, to complete a simple courtesy for someone a straight forward answer is appreciated. Wasting their time and then insulting their intelligence with an obviously fabricated excuse doesn't help the overall experience. Very disappointed.

  The only problem that I am having is getting the mobile site and on-line banking to work for me. Other than that Central Willamette has been a very awesome credit union to bank with.

  Best Banking experience ever! ...great staff, great rates and great services...Nice job CWCCU
