  I used to love doing business with this Credit Union. I have spent over 50 hours waiting in lines this past year while being locked out. I work and my boss pays me to sit through almost an hour each time I am in the drive through. I know it is trying times for all, but people are tired of the stress they have to face each time we need to do business with you.

Our lobbies are open, but access is limited based on capacity with social distancing; however, we do have options available to help you “Skip the Trip,” such as online banking, mobile check deposit and our after-hours night deposit box.   I have banked with OSCU for years (Even when they were OSU Federal). The service is great, and especially today with Renel and Daniel worked extra hard to take care of my business, and even got me better deals than I ever asked for or expected. Top notch as always!

  Always a positive experience. Continues to grow and add new features to their app. For example, you no longer need to use a third party app to digitally deposit a check. They work with you if you have any strange activity on your account, if you are traveling, or if you need to take out loan. I have literally never had an issue and I have been with them for over 4 years. Keep up the great work! I feel bad that they only have so many negative reviews. Felt it was only fair to take a moment to write about my great experiences.

  First of all, this is a credit union, not a bank! Credit unions are not for profit co-ops, unlike banks. Consequently their fees and interest rates are better because any profit is shared with members, and not stock holders! They may have less to offer, but this one does me fine. If you plan your visit, you can avoid busy times. The OSCU is also a member of the NCUA, so you are protected, and you can go to any other NCUA member in the country to and be served as if you were at home! Not bad! Btw, there is a sign asking you to take your hat and sunglasses off. Get over it.

  Vary slow drive up tellers. Albanys credit union is much faster. Not sure why it's so slow here in Lebanon. Very frustrating.

  The lady at the counter literally SHOUTED at me to turn my hat backwards when I’m in they’re bank! Oh I’m sorry I thought I was doing business here! If your so worried of a clean cut nicely dressed man robbing you, maybe install some damn cameras outside your building! (They don’t have any for your dsafety when using the atm at night etc.) Won’t be getting my personal or business accounts ANYMORE!

  i've spent over 40 min. at the drive thru. they need more tellers. i've noticed only one at the window. other wise i like the bank.

  They have to be the most difficult people to get a hold of. Is to hard to have a phone number that goes to a person. Just maddening! I wouldn't want to ask a questions about my account, loan, or anything pertinent to my doing business with OSU Federal. Thank you for helping me with nothing!

  Sooo embarrass every time when I use my card and it says DECLINED DECLINED!! IT'S BEEN GOING ON SINCE MAY AND JULY2017.WHAT IS GOING ON!!I'M TIRED MAKING A PHONE CALL THE ISSUES NEVER BEEN SOLVE!! I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER BANK ON MONDAY JULY10 2017.
