  WHAT YOU NEED TOO KNOW about this corporation and bank. I was treated like they are racist at this branch and I believe the employees at this branch are truly racist. Their atm stole $500 from me and it still has not been put back in my account. Do not bank with citizens CLOSE your account.Everyone at this branch is a racist.

  If you cant make it on time then thats your own fault margaret. These people are very nice and always willing to help. Im at this bank twice and week and they are always kind and do their best to get you in and out quickly. E.x. out of my 100 visits there might have been 1 time i had to wait in line for longer then 5mins.

  I rushed to the bank in need of small bills for errands , arrived at 4:29 As I put my hand on the door handle and heard a click. I looked up to see a bank employee just turning the lock. I said "oh please ". I got a smarmy smug grin and shrugged shoulders as he mouthed "sorry", and walked away. Makes me want to close all of my accounts and move to another bank. I'm so angry.

  Ask for Joan when banking here, others working are usually a little inexperienced and careless beyond simple deposits and withdrawals. Coming here 22yrs since was First Federal.
