  I just went into this branch looking for help with a specific problem. The teller was hostile and rude from the very beginning of the interaction. She would not listen to the reason why I was coming and instead spoke to me very condescendingly and told me I was putting my debit card in the machine the wrong way. If you’re looking for a bank with even mediocre customer service do not come to that branch.

  Most of the tellers there are down right rude. The one teller has an award on her station for 25 years of service (always to the far right) and it baffles me that no one has ever complained about her attitude. A few of the tellers treat the customers like it’s an inconvenience for them to help them. News flash. It’s your job.

  Such a waste of time coming into this branch. They say they are going to help you and instead they do nothing. I went in to change my address and get a new debit card since my card was compromised, the lady said she ordered me a new car and changed my address... she actually didn't do either. They are very rude over the phone as well and make you feel like you are not allowed to complain about the issue they cause.

  I am a small businessman (emphasis on small) yet they make me feel like a VIP every time I step foot in the place. Karen and team do an awesome job.

  Whatever you do, DO NOT bank here! Terribly rude bankers. This bank will fee you to death and the branch manager at this specific location is completely and utterly incompetent. Comerica is a failing institution. Put your money in a credit union. Really, just put it anywhere other than this bank and you’ll be better off! Steer clear at all costs (or it’ll cost you)!
