  The most terrible service here. The brand manager is rude, unprofessional. They withdraw money from me on December 16, 2021. They said money will be on hold and will be deposited on December 23, 2021. We received letter that they will hold money till the end of April. Branch manager rejected to help, didn’t explain situation. She just kicked us out. Rude and not professional. I politely asked to call to her supervisor and supervisor of the hold department to resolve. She denied. They broke protocol and deposited check without date. Usually in the most banks they don’t deposit checks at all and send it back to client for a correction. Stay away from this branch, go to Vibe. They even know all their customers personally and always greets you by name.

  Employees here have an odd curiosity about customers transactions, and ask way too many questions. How about you just complete my transaction and say thanks? They also strongly suggest you use the ATM instead of coming in. Um, wouldn't that eliminate your job??!!! The associates at the Rochester and Commerce branches are much more professional and friendly.

  This is undoubtedly the best bank in the world. And I have been banking for over 40 years. Two Saturdays ago I went to this branch to get a document notarized for a business loan of 150,000 from Bankers Health Care Group. Any other bank officer would have just notarized, but Venassa Yelda, their office manager, said "I know you and your wife as our regular customer for quite a few years, would you mind if I take a look at the rest of your papers." After looking through she asked when did I sign the papers, which had been done on Wednesday. She said today is Saturday and you have still one business day left to cancel the deal. You may or may not want to do it, but our bank can do much better than the rate of 7.99% APR you are getting and your closing costs are way too high. There was no pressure, simple statement of fact, and a genuine desire to help. I cancelled the contract with Bankers Health Care Group in nick of time, and she called her loan manager Anthony and sure enough true to their word they got me the same amount of loan at 4.33% and with hardly a smidgen of origination fee compared to what the other place was charging, and with much greater flexibility in term of years to pay back the loan, with far less paperwork, and in ten days. And Anthony came to my medical office to get whatever paper work he needed from me and for signing of the documents. I cannot thank Vanessa enough for showing true caring and interest in her bank customer, instead of just routinely notarizing a document, and saving me about 15,000 dollars. Now there is your truly great banker. Also, by the way, all the tellers in that branch are always friendly and helpful, efficient and polite, and mindful of your time.

  Very pleasant people. As far as baking Services you have to compare those to any other bank to see if they meet your needs.
