I dont understand why Citibank Port Hueneme isn't open there aren't enough citi Banks around .we customers need Citibank Port Hueneme to reopen soon.Your not being fair with your customers.You make it hard on senior citizens. Tried to cash a Citibank check here, the clerk would cash it. I explained to her that I was sent to this branch from the ventura branch. But all she could say was no.

Long lines, not enough tellers to help their customers, and if you are there to cash a check but your a non customer then heaven help you. You be waiting for ever! And their unprofessional attitude is by far the worst part

They always say they have rules changed because they don’t want to cash anyone’s check unless you have an ACCOUNT with them
