  This bank has great awesome customer service! especially my teller that helped me today his name was Thien huynh he had a smile on the whole time I was in waiting in line I can see his smile coming out of the sides of his face mask lol I was hoping he will help me and he did!!!! he helped me with the same smile and he was very kind polite professional and I was able to get the help I needed great experience!

  The teller was rude. She does not know how to be nice to customer when you ask her a question. She treated you like an enemy. i wonder how she got to be a teller, not to help people but to give people a hard time. I told the manager and the manager didn't do anything. DON"T BANK WITH THIS BANK. I will take my business else where.

  Since my local bank in Los Gatos is closed on Saturdays now, I drove over to barely make it before closing with the company's deposit. It was also necessary to purchase an official check for over $2,000. I arrived right at 2:00, but the doors were already locked. Quan Ngo was gracious enough to open the doors anyway, allowing myself and two other frantic customers inside. Even though I was causing my teller Dien Duong to work late, she was extremely polite and helpful. Thanks!

  Watch the employee My Truong.. she steal money and the bank covered up her fraud. Dont trust these people with your money. You will regret it.. i with 6550 and i was short 500 and they did nothing to help me get bank the money. I was like you, i trusted these people that i didnt count my money and told My Truong to put them in the envelope. They didnt review the camera.. employee fraud cover up... someone should investigate this branch. I may not be the only one she stole my money.

  Teller Tram is very rude.She Treats customers very badly as though they are there to steal money. I closed my account and never going back to this branch.
